Sociology Peer Advisors

There are 10 trained Sociology Peer Advisors available on a drop-in basis during the academic year (not in the summer) to advise students regarding the sociology major requirements, sociology courses, administrative procedures, and other relevant matters. Peer Advisors are trained in basic counseling skills and helping students in need, especially new and transfer students.  They hold office hours outside 424 Barrows; and their hours are posted above the Peer Advising desk.
